BDM Law Firm was founded in 2015 by Attorney and Arbitrator Serhat BADEM, who graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2002 and began practicing law in 2003.

BDM Law Firm, with its team of experts, provides corporate consultancy and legal services in Turkish and English to both individuals and legal entities throughout Turkey, primarily in Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya, and Mugla.

We have extensive experience in many areas of law; especially Real Estate Law, Insurance Law, Immigration Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and Labor Law.

Our office provides legal services in the field of Immigration Law, such as acquisition of Turkish citizenship, renunciation of Turkish citizenship, residence permits, work permits, and legal protection of immigrants; in the field of International Commercial Contracts, legal issues of international investors and companies; in legal matters regarding the status of real estates such as land, plots, houses, apartments, and similar properties, including lawsuits for annulment and registration of title deeds, claims, rental, expropriation, and partition of joint ownership; in the management of processes related to bodily and/or material damages arising from traffic accidents, applications and lawsuits related to DASK and similar policies, loss of value, loss of damage, and other arbitration law processes; in Civil Law, including divorce, custody, increase or removal of alimony, annulment of engagement, return of gifts, division of property, family residences, adoption, guardianship; in Labor Law, including labor receivables, employee-employer contracts, compensation calculations, legal disputes arising after work accidents; in Criminal Law, including defense in criminal investigations and prosecutions, and representation of complainants; and in many other areas of law, with more than 30 team members, providing legal services in a corporate structure.
